RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All orders placed on the Canadian website are considered Final Sale.
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items purchased on the Canadian site.
- Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.
- agnès b. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
- Any refused shipments or unclaimed parcels will not be eligible for a refund.
- Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel.
- If the parcel is refused or returned to the sender due to non-payment of customs or duties, agnès b. will not issue a refund or accept a return request.
- We recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before placing an order.
EXCLUSIONS
Due to hygiene reasons, certain goods are non-refundable. These are:
- Underwear and Lingerie
- Swimwear
- Earrings

• All items are shipped from the United States.
• Orders shipped to Canada are not eligible for in-store returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Faulty or incorrect items policy
Each item is carefully inspected by our warehouse team before dispatch. In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team via the Contact page.
Please note : Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
Exchange policy
We do not offer exchanges for Canadian orders.
