Agnès tells us where the story began, in a former butcher’s shop within a neglected neighbourhood.

With the help of her loved ones, Agnès turned a former butcher’s, located right by the hole dug to accommodate the shopping center in Les Halles, into a shop with a distinctive style, just like her. From tiled walls and butcher’s hooks to papyrus in the windows, finches flying around and clothes that were selling like hot cakes, Agnès tells us about the rue du Jour.
