Virginie
Public relations and communication assistant in press office - Paris.
You’ve been at agnès b. since? At first I was a studio make up artist, fond of painting and agnès b.'s universe. I started in 1999 as a part-time job between make up pauses. One thing leader to another, I became cashier manager for three womenswear Parisian stores and since five years I help artists in their style for events. I help cinema costumers browsing through our archives, too.
Your first memory associated with agnès b.? A pale pink snap cardigan and a night blue pleated skirt I wore at school in 1985. Le b., too, Agnès' first fragrance I wore ereveyday at this time.
agnès b. for you? A unique look, wide-open onto others, arts and the world. A freedom of thoughts and to be well designed and full of poetic detail.
Your favourite piece? An overall or a prined dress like Pommier, Elise ou Clara.
How would you describe Paris' spirit? Paris is my city since always. Very variable regarding the hoods but always united by a strong resistance spirit and a playful elegance.
Your hobbies? Walk a lot (everywhere, to think and photograph), go to cinema, write, read and laugh, a lot.
A dream? I dream to see some words disappear : war, hunger, cold, sickness, homeless, kill… Nobody would know their meaning anymore. Joy and room everywhere for everybody, and that each little voice could raise. Personally, a little cabin, a spirited horse, in a secret place only known by the ones I love and who love me…
