If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please note you have 15 days upon receipt to return your order.

How does this work?

1. Log-in to your account, in « my orders », please select the order you wish to return and click on “return”

2. Select the item and the return reason

3. Print the return form and put it in the package along with the items you wish to return (in their original packaging)

4. Click on "print the Colissimo label to stick on the package", to create the prepaid label on Colissimo's website, print it and stick it on your package

Returns are handled within 2 weeks.

Please note it is not possible to exchange an item: if you want another size, colour or reference,

please follow the refund procedure and order the new item.

Please note : Colissimo return labels are not available in all European countries. If the option is not availble for your country,

please ship your package (keep the proof of deposit), we refund you the costs up to 12€ by sending your shipping cost proof to our Customer Service.

Countries where the Colissimo return label is not available: Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Greece,

Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Czech Republic, Roumania, Sweden, Switzerland.


1. you can track the refund in your account, in “my returns”.

2. Once your item has been received in our warehouse, please expect 10 days for your order refund to go through.

The tracking number will help you to know if the package has been received.

3. Only if you return your entire order, we will refund you the initial delivery costs.

Any return item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition including all packaging and labels.
