Siberie wool jumper.
The properties of mohair, a fiber particularly prized in the creations of Agnès B. Thanks to the hollow structure of its fibers, it has a unique diathermic property: it traps air in cold weather, acting as an insulating blanket, and facilitates air circulation in hot weather, providing a feeling of coolness.
Its permeability also allows it to absorb up to 30% of its weight in moisture, which it then slowly releases. This characteristic enhances its thermal properties, as the retained water adapts to body temperature.
When mohair is blended with merino wool, which has a scale-like structure, it optimizes and enhances the insulating properties of the whole. Merino wool also has antibacterial properties, does not retain odors or dust, and does not generate static electricity. To ensure the durability and good performance of our products, imperceptible polyamide filaments bind the long, airy fibers of mohair and merino wool.
