our commitments

Agnès has always been guided by respect for people ,work and living beings and guided by nature.

We know that clothing production can be very polluting and have always strived to limit our impact.

Through her choices as a stylist and those of her teams, constantly focusing on quality and using local knowledge from the raw material to the manufacturer,

agnès b. has always respected people and the environment.

clothes designed to last

At agnes b. our clothes are timeless and made to last. They can be worn, washed, aged and repaired. We share or borrow them. Unsold items or left over fabrics ? : nothing is ever thrown away.

our loyal partners

Our clothes are made in factories that hold the same values as agnes b. 80% are in Europe, notably in France and Portugal and the rest in countries where the fibres originate and the locals have the best artisan skills

natural materials

80% of our products are made from natural fibres and half of these are materials with a recognised certification. Agnes b. is GOTS certified. We never use real fur or exotic leathers.

less plastic, more ocean

We work under the advice and guidance of the Tara Ocean Foundation to reduce the use of plastic to the bare minimum. Our packaging is recycled and reusable.

saving energy

We use 100% renewable energy in our UK stores, recycle our waste and track our carbon footprint to measure our progress in reducing it.

engaged and lively stores

A former butcher’s shop, a disused post office, an old sponge factory...our stores often breathe life into old buildings whilst preserving features of the past occupiers. Plants, artworks, movie posters all have a home in agnes b. stores, as they do at her own home.

Agnès, a humanitarian

Since the 90’s Agnes has created and sold products, the profit of which goes to support causes close to her heart.

sharing and communication

Through la Fab and the agnes b. foundation, Agnes shares her art collection, supports artistic creation in all its forms and other actions of solidarity, bringing all these initiatives together under one roof. She passes on her knowledge to younger generations.
