Poni Hoax at the Trianon on June 22, 2025!

On the occasion of their 20th anniversary and the release of their album Greatest Hits: Everything is Real, the band that agnès b. always supported is reuniting for a one-night-only event.

The story between agnès b. and Poni Hoax goes back to their early days, notably with the release of their very first EP Budapest on Tigersushi Records in 2005. To mark the occasion, the band played at a private party celebrating the 30th anniversary of the brand at rue Dieu. Agnès was so impressed by their performance that she later invited them to play live in Tokyo for one of her fashion shows, where their track accompanied the entire presentation.

In 2006, they also performed at L’Olympia to celebrate the brand’s 30th anniversary. The following year, in 2007, they were featured in the MoMA PS1 Warm Up Series in New York—an event curated by agnès herself.

The brand supported their entire discography, regularly bringing it to light. A true friendship also grew between agnès and Nicolas Ker, the band’s late lead singer. Nicolas performed acoustic sets for several of the brand’s fashion shows, and his solo projects with Pan European Recordings were also supported by agnès b.

Now, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Poni Hoax and the release of Greatest Hits: Everything is Real, the band is getting back together for an exceptional night. To mark this unique event, they will be joined on stage by Jeanne Added, Izia, Koudlam, and other surprise guests.
