This brooch has the shape of the "Sarajevo heart", designed in 1992 by agnès b., during the siege of Sarajevo. The proceeds were donated to Première Urgence, an organisation which supplied the inhabitants of the city with food and drugs. Today, the profits from the sale of the Sarajevo heart brooches supports the WARM Foundation which, through artistic and journalistic endeavours,shares the history and memory of this great city.
