Behind the label : the founder
In 1973, agnès b. registered the brand name, but its story began in the 1960s. While working for ELLE magazine, she was asked to sign an article she had written. Unprepared, she said, "Just write agnès b." Thus, the signature style was born. The brand name and logo were crafted from her handwritten signature, marking the beginning of a fashion legacy.
